Nqobile Tshili and Locadia Mavhudzi THE Zimbabwe Electoral Commission (ZEC) has registered more than two million people under the ongoing Biometric Voter Registration (BVR), with Bulawayo Province having the least number of registered voters at 17,5 percent.
