Zacc must investigate all members of parliament with regards to how they utilise their constituency development funds bcoz seriously look at whr my president is sitting can you call that a classroom in this century.he said he thought we are a step forward where is the leadership as the president asked can they tweet a response please.you See this is my whole point as the captain of the ship he may be busy with other more important things or sleeping bcoz he has more responsibilities and tire more but that is not an excuse for the oarsmen or the compass reader to take advantage and not do their job properly.as in this case it’s high time the army teaches these politicians a proper lesson bcoz chidzidzo varikukundikana kuchibata

It needs to feel that its valued by vana mukoma and relive those revolutionary times when the mass line not lootocracy was the goal .. Lets revive the slogan PASI NEVARUNGU VATEMA. and vawanda, multiple farms, houses, businesses and small houses!

So this is accepted corruption.
The AFZ building schools instead
of servicing its depleted aeroplanes.
So when its done to other constituencies
by a Minister it becomes corruption.
