Youthful entertainment clique Game Recognise Game that comprises deejays Kevin “Nivek” Hakata and Nyasha “Ash Stylez” Kada travel to Masvingo tomorrow for an Independence gig at Liquids Bar.

Dubbed the “Red Cup Party”, the show is expected to light up the city.

Nivek said they were expecting to host a mostly youthful crowd at the show.

“We are celebrating our Independence through music as is the norm from as far back as 1980s. The show is also in solidarity with our brothers and sisters who are currently facing brutality in the ongoing xenophobic attacks in South Africa,” said Nivek

The wheel spinner said the duo had put together a befitting playlist of the finest dancehall, hip hop, naija, R’n’B and house music for merry makers.

“We are confident that the show will live to the billing as it has all the ingredients of a thriller. People are on holiday and Liquids Bar is the hottest joint in Masvingo right now, so satisfaction is guaranteed,” he said.

The GRG member said the show was part of their nationwide campaign that has seen the deejays perform in different cities and towns around Zimbabwe.

Nivek said the initiative was also spreading the “Red Cup Lifestyle”, a merry making that promotes the culture of merry making and enjoyed together as a family.

“The tour started on a high note during Easter holiday in Mutare. We are spreading the love further and fans can expect us in their towns in the coming weeks,” he said.

Ash Styles and Nivek’s success has grown from strength to strength with the duo growing an audience in various night spots.

The have also established themselves as talented entertainments on award winning station, Star FM.
