ZPC Kariba coach Sunday “Mhofu” Chidzambwa is hoping his men can find consistency in the second half of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League which resumes this weekend when they face Dynamos at Nyamhunga on Saturday. After a promising start, Chidzambwa’s men have lost some of steam after stumbling in the last five games of the first round. They lost 0-1 against Highlanders and were beaten by Harare City and also crashed to defeat against Ngezi Platinum Stars. They only managed goalless draws against Chapungu and Dynamos.

“We had a bad run and we hope we are going to end the bad spell,” said Chidzambwa. “It is now the second round and, normally, in the second round points are hard to come by as there will be no easy matches. I think luck was just not on our side.”

The legendary gaffer, who made his name at Dynamos, said his men have to rediscover their firepower. Chidzambwa welcomes back the duo of Tawanda Nyamandwe and Munyaradzi Kunyarimwe from suspension.
