MDC-T senator Ndhlovu dies
Sen Ndhlovu (51) died yesterday morning at Mater Dei Hospital in Bulawayo from injuries sustained in a car accident along the Hwange-Victoria Falls Road last month.
He was born on October 12, 1959 in Gweru and was MDC-T Matabeleland North provincial secretary for legal affairs after joining the party in 1999.
Sen Ndhlovu was a holder of a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Zimba-bwe.
“Before attending university, he had worked for the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs as a magistrate for 19 years.
“After graduating as a lawyer in 2001, Senator Ndhlovu rejoined the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs again as a provincial magistrate,” MDC-T said in a statement yesterday.
He was elected party provincial secretary for legal affairs in 2007 and Hwange Senator in March 2008.
Sen Ndhlovu is survived by his wife and five children. Funeral arrangements are yet to be announced.-The Herald
