UPDATED: Grade Seven results out In a statement, Zimsec said parents and guardians were free to use Zimbabwe dollars, rand or US dollars to pay the fees.

The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (Zimsec) announced yesterday that the 2017 Grade Seven results are out. In a statement, Zimsec director Mr Esau Nhandara said the results have since been despatched to Zimsec regional offices.

“The Zimbabwe School Examinations Council is pleased to announce the release of the November 2017 Grade Seven national examination results. These have been despatched to Zimsec regional offices. Examination centre heads can collect the results from Zimsec regional offices from the 5th of December 2017 (today),” he said.

Mr Nhandara said a comprehensive statement on the pass rates and trends will be issued today. Last year, the national pass rate was 42,9 percent, a 1,3 percentage point increase from 41,6 percent in 2015.
