ONE of the busiest weekends in showbiz is upon us, but before Mafikizolo and K.O invade the capital – there is something else quite massive taking place tonight. It is a perfect party starter. “Takangodaro” hit singer Killer T joins forces with the evergreen sound house, Judgement Yard, for a potentially explosive midweek party tonight at the exquisite Private Lounge.This event also sees the settling of scores between Bev, Zoey, Chocolate and Pinky in a night that has all the ingredients of a delicious starter before the main course meal that awaits fun lovers this weekend.

The show will also see a bevy of beauties in the form of Private Lounge’s finest dancers, Sexy Fusions, entertaining patrons. DJ Flevah of Judgement Yard, a sound house that has successfully spread its wings all over the world, says Zimbabweans are catching up to international trends when it comes to entertainment.

“It does not matter anymore these days which day of the week it is, people just want to party. Actually there are people that prefer to party midweek and as Judgement Yard we make sure that these people are not short-changed, we give them the best quality entertainment and that is what we will be doing at Private Lounge,” said DJ Flevah.

Killer T’s manager, Kudzai Biston aka Super, said his artiste was always eager to win new followers and believes places like Private Lounge provide that platform.

“We have many hits on the market right now and we need to venture out as much as possible to satisfy all our different supporters.

“So every day is a work day for us as long as we get to play for the people that make us who we are. This is a special show for us and we are going to set the house on fire for those that will be in attendance.

“People should never fear that because it is a midweek show so they will get less, never. To us this is a chance to treat some of our fans that we do not get to play for from time to time. So I urge all the Chairman’s supporters to come out in full force and enjoy music and entertainment from us and various other artistes on the line up,” said Super.

Super said Killer T has new material that they are working on, although he could not divulge the date of release. The artiste is set to tour UK next month as part of the Bodyslam Madirirano UK Tour.
