Kadoma based rising artiste, Simple Justice aka Shumbaman is among those inspired by the First Family and has released a single titled “Big Up First Family”. The musician said the President and his wife have done a lot for Africans and there was need for him to pen a song praising them. “I have grown to appreciate the works that the first family has been doing to change lives in Zimbabwe, I have thought to take this singular honour to thank them as an artiste”, he said.

“Simple Justice said the song dwells much on the efforts targeted on the less privileged.

“I did the song with Dananai Dudu and people have been asking why I did the song in praise for the First Family, but the truth is that a good thing should be appreciated, let us not forget what the first family is doing at Danhiko and Mazoe assisting those with disability and orphans.

“Many are learning under the Presidential Scholarship programme and so on,” he said.

The song is fast gaining ground and is becoming an instant hit.

“I am already working on the release of the video now that the audio is out, all logistics are in place and what is left is to go for the shoot.

“I have already started performing and over the weekend people have shown great support when I performed at Chakari stadium,” he said.
