Jibilika solo dance competitions held over the weekend at the Book Café saw a number of young talented dancers being crowned winners in different categories at a massively attended event. Competitors battled it out in the three categories namely Hip hop new school, Krump and B-boy. Tanaka Lionel Roki, Drifta Chitava and Iron man won in the Hip hop new school category, while Ralph Bote and Hurricane, Match won in the Krump and Billard Kambona, Johnson and Kudzai won in the B-boy.
The winners won medals of gold, silver and bronze respectively.

In an interview director of the event Plot Mhako said he was overwhelmed with the response the competition got from young talented dancers from Harare saying they are planning on expanding the programme to other communities starting next month.

“The October edition of the Jibilika Cypher was a huge success,” he said
