The CDs will be available wherever there is a Zimpapers vendor.” Contemporary musician Jah Prayzah has partnered leading newspaper company Zimpapers for the distribution of CDs for his upcoming album “Mudhara Vachauya”.The deal will see vendors for Zimpapers selling the CDs throughout the country on the day of its release.

Jive Zimbabwe a company that is organising the launch and distribution of the CDs said the deal was a biggest move in making sure the CD is available.

Jive, through its director Benjamin Nyandoro said the deal would ensure the availability of the CD to the public.

“Where there is The Herald, H-Metro, Kwayedza and The Sunday Mail Jah Prayzah CDs will be available.

“This is one of the biggest move we have made to make sure the CDs are available to the public,” he said.

Nyandoro believes the partnership was another way of curbing piracy.

“Partnering such a big company with the widest coverage means we are taking the product to the consumers.

“The CDs will be available wherever there is a Zimpapers vendor,” he said.

The deal will be running from Saturday morning until Monday.

Zimpapers marketing team for Harare branch is ready to make the CD available in every corner of the capital where their vendors are stationed.

Jah Prayzah becomes one of the few musicians who managed to make mega deals for the distribution of his albums.

Meanwhile, the musician said the album will go ahead of his previous album “Jerusarema”.

“Jerusarema’ brought me endorsements and for me that is one of the successful albums.

“What I would like to assure people is that the upcoming album will be the best,” he said.

He said they have managed to bring a new feel to the music that was done by several producers.

Recently he was on tour in Canada that saw him performing on festivals.

“That is a breakthrough for me I never dreamt about that in my life. We hope this album will bring results,” he said.
