Contemporary musician, Mukudzeyi “Jah Prayzah” Mukombe thrilled fans at the Royco Muriwo Festival that was held in Mbare over the weekend.
The festival saw the launch of the Royco Cubes, a meaty flavoured product that enhances the taste of vegetable dishes.
First to warm up the stage was an array of upcoming dancehall musicians from the suburb, who proved that although they were unknown, they were brilliant entertainers.

The musicians paved way for Jah Prayzah, who received a hero’s welcome upon arrival at the venue behind OK Mbare.
He gave his devoted fans a good act as he dished one hit after the other with his audience singing along.

The Royco Muriwo Festival indeed lived up to its billing, lighting up the high-density suburb with dance, comedy and informative tips on how to spice up meals.
Speaking on the sidelines of the launch, Uniliver brand ambassador Rebecca Chisamba was excited saying it was high time that vegetable meals be made a priority as they were highly nutritious.

“Vegetables have healthy qualities that can slow ageing and prevent sickness. Because of this, vegetable meals are supposed to be eaten regularly. I applaud Uniliver for bringing this product, Royco Cubes, that are meant to make all types of vegetables enjoyable,” she said.

The organisers, Uniliver, through marketing director Juliet Ziswa thanked customers  for the support they have been enjoying for the last 40 years.
“Vegetables are an essential part of our diet as Zimbabwe and as Uniliver we saw it fit to bring to you a product that ensures these vegetable dishes are tasty and nutritious, ” she said.
