Jonathan Mbiriyamveka Entertainment Reporter Singer Prince Mafukidze is up for Africa Gospel Awards scheduled for London, England, at the Hippodrome on July 7, 2012. Mafukidze, who is more popularly known as “The Real Prince Mwana Wamambo”, was nominated for Best Gospel Artiste Southern Africa although it is not clear for which song. It is highly likely that it was the video of “Swedera Mudhuze” which did the rounds on YouTube.

Entertainment Reporter THE national finals of the talent search show Star Brite will be held at the end of July or beginning of August during the school holidays, organisers have revealed. Barney Mpariwa, the producer and director of the show, said this as contestants in the talent show went into boot camp where they received grooming tips ahead of the finals that will see the best in music, dance and other art genres being crowned and walking away with prizes.
