Dendera prodigy Sulumani Chimbetu says he is geared up for his debut appearance in Kwekwe, where he’s due to perform at the official launch of a new open- air joint. Sulumani, who is fast becoming one

of Zimbabwe’s most talented musicians, is expected to wow crowds for the gig which has been pencilled in for tomorrow..
Though still work in progress, Autoworx — which has been in trial mode — has already transformed the atmospehere in the Midlands town as its promotional shows draw massive crowds from as far as Harare and Bulawayo.
The gig will also be a treat for the Kwekwe folk as Sulu will share the stage with his uncle Allan Chimbetu in a rare display of unity among the Chimbetu family.
Allan Chimbetu is brother to Sulu’s late father Simon.
With both taking on from Simon, the Chimbetus have in the past raved on as separate individual entities with fabricated stories and at times factual reports of their rivalry making the rounds.
However, Sulu and Allan have joined forces in what isset to be a formidable force on the local scene.
The two will have a wide selection of dendera hits to choose from as Sulu has his own tracks just as Allan does.
Speaking at a Press conference held at Autoworx recently, Sulumani Chimbetu and his management team expressed their enthusiasm to play at the venue.
“I have never played in Kwekwe before so I am very excited about this concert. The venue is quite impressive and being given the chance to open such a place is a great honour.
“One other thing is that I am getting the chance to play with Allan, so I am looking forward to playing here I cannot wait”, said Sulu signing off with his famous “Heya Heya” chant before an elated crowd.
Many of the upmarket entertainment joints in Kwekwe have collapsed leaving the Kwekwe folk with limited options.
However, the advent of Autoworx ushers in a new era for revellers.
Located on the outskirts of town it offers a unique combination of automotive and leisure facilities.
One is at liberty to choose any of the special  services on offer such as valet or car wash while they enjoy drinks and/or braai in many of the gazebos dotted around the premises.
Autoworx also boasts several luxurious VIP chalet lounges which are impressively lit and fitted with flat screens and air-conditioning.
