Following a full trial which lasted about three hours, the headman referred the two to their party, arguing that he had no mandate to try politically motivated issues. During the trial on Thursday, the gallery was kept in stitches as the two underwent rigorous cross-examination from Headman Sikombingo and his aides. What made the court hearing more interesting was that even members of the public from the gallery were allowed to cross-examine the two, Mr Moyo and the accused Mr Nyoni.
