Senior Reporter ISRAELI Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mr Dan Shaham yesterday said his country was eager to work with Zimbabwe in improving agriculture and health sectors.
“It was a good meeting (with VP Mujuru) and we discussed a lot of things we can do together. We discussed issues relating to agriculture, that we can work together. We also want to do that in the health sector,” he said “We want to work with the people and to understand the country,” he said. He said when he presented his credentials to President Mugabe he had emphasised on drip irrigation, to transform the agriculture sector. “Following discussions with the President, agriculture would be on the agenda between the two countries,” he was recently quoted.
