THREE top handball officials from Switzerland and South Africa are currently visiting the country at the invitation of the Zimbabwe Handball Federation.
Rolf Bosna of Switzerland and South Africans — Neil and Sandra Jacobs — are in Zimbabwe as part of the ZHF’s efforts to strengthen their ties with some of the world’s top handball-playing countries.

Bosna is a former handball player who is now into coaching and is a member of the Swiss Handball Federation. The husband and wife team of Neil and Sandra Jacobs are members of the South African Handball Federation. The three officials, who arrived in the country on Sunday, are expected to tour four provinces, which have handball at both school and club levels, namely Mashonaland Central, Mashonaland East, Harare and Manicaland. Bosna said they were looking forward to a great partnership with their local counterparts.

“I hope this is the beginning of great things to come and look forward to exchange knowledge to promote the sport,” Bosna said.
I look forward to a fantastic stay and I believe my ten years as a player and now a coach will help the local federation in a big way,” Bosna said.
