Herald Reporter buildings. Amai Mugabe said she works closely with many other orphanges around the country and they needed that kind of assistance. The First Lady expressed gratitude to Bellevue Spar’s assistance saying her orphanage will share the groceries with other charitable organisations. “I am very grateful for this generous donation. It does not mean there are no such places (like orphanages) in Bulawayo. We feel honoured that you have chosen us and we are not going to take it for granted. As the mother of the nation, I interact with a lot of other charitable organisations and I will assure you that we are going to share these goodies,” Amai Mugabe said. Mr Rajesh Modi, owner of the Bellevue Spar, appreciated the good charitable work by the First Lady. “Thank you for the hard work in alleviating problems faced by the less privileged in our society. Your charitable efforts are greatly appreciated,” he said.
