First Lady Dr Amai Grace Mugabe, who has been endorsed by all 10 provinces and wings to occupy the post of Vice President, yesterday assured the nation that she will help President Mugabe towards economic prosperity. She was addressing thousands of party supporters at the Zanu-PF Headquarters in Harare who had gathered to show solidarity with the First Family after she was booed by misguided elements during the 9th Presidential Youth Interface Rally in Bulawayo last Saturday.

“He (President Mugabe) is also my President. I love my President. I respect my President. I will help him to make this country prosper,” said Amai Mugabe to a wild applause from the floor. She assured President Mugabe that the Women’s League and all party structures were behind him in happier and bad moments.

Amai Mugabe said President Mugabe was an anointed leader by God and only the Almighty could decide his fate and not some ambitious people who wanted to take leadership positions through unorthodox means. “You are anointed, President. Hakuna anokubvisai. Kana nguva yaMwari yakwana, zvichangotika according to God’s plan,” said Amai Mugabe as she quoted biblical scriptures.

She implored people to pray to God and accept that which they could not change in life. Speaking at the same occasion, Zanu-PF Secretary for Youth Cde Kudzanai Chipanga said events in Bulawayo, where people booed the First Lady, were a result of infiltration by unruly elements.

“What happened in Bulawayo was as a result of infiltration and that did not please the Youth League alone, but even God. We want to apologise for that. Whenever there is a good thing happening, Satan would always want to come in, but we want to assure you that it will not happen again,” said Cde Chipanga.

He commended President Mugabe for sacking former Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa saying that was long overdue. He said Hurungwe East MP Cde Sarah Mahoka and Manicaland Provincial Affairs Minister Cde Mandi Chimene were on record warning Cde Mnangagwa over his unbridled ambitions. “We want to thank you Your Excellency, for exercising your powers. People should know that there is only one centre of power,” said Cde Chipanga.

He reiterated the need to have a woman as one of the Vice Presidents saying that was consistent with a resolution that was passed in Victoria Falls a few years ago during Zanu-PF Annual People’s Conference. “As Youth League, we have assessed who possibly can take up that position and we feel that no any other person other than First Lady Dr Amai Mugabe. People in Zimbabwe are now addicted to the name Mugabe,” said Cde Chipanga.

Zanu-PF Secretary for Administration Cde Ignatius Chombo said people who booed the First Lady were bussed from places like Kwekwe, the home town of fired former Vice President Mnangagwa. “All our Presidential interfaces have been going on well except interface number nine. Instead of pulling in one direction, others pulled in a different direction. Buses were hired from Kwekwe to Bulawayo to boo the First Lady,” said Cde Chombo. He denounced factionalism and said it was understood that former VP Mnangagwa skipped the border to neighbouring Mozambique.

“She implored people to pray to God and accept that which they could not change in life.”
There has been a lot of quoting of the Bible recently at political gatherings. As our recently removed VP can attest sometimes statemments made can come back and bite you.
As a matter of interest can someone tell me what church denomination she attends?

    • Mugabeism

Does Jesus Christ belong to a church denomination? No because He was sent by God the Father to redeem the world.

First Vice-President elect Dr Grace Mugabe was also sent by God the Father to govern Zimbabwe in His name.

Don’t forget that under the visionary leadership of her husband if you exchange a mere $1000USD it was enough to give each and every person on earth (7B of us) a cool $3m each. 37yrs in and this wiseman and woman have given us more potholes than Swiss cheese, water that’s practically sewage, and unemployment in the 90%. Only fools believe this BS.

    We miss Sally……….

  • Mugabeism

It is true Zimbabwe’s economy has not performed as well as it should have.

That is because traitors had infiltrate the upper echelons of government and took control of key economy ministries and sabotaged the economy to discredit President Cde Robert Mugabe and to present the lawful accession of Dr Grace Mugabe as our next President.

Now that we have expelled the traitors we will see Zimbabwe prosper like never before under the sage leadership team of President Cde Robert Mugabe and First Vice-President Dr Grace Mugabe.

Look forward to many new mega deals being finalised very soon!

sanctions what its never about sanctions but national policy and individualist politics only meant for the benefit of a few.it has been the norm in g40 to blame bad governance on the whites and sanctions.a struggling economy like ours doesnt need politicians of the mouth.Enough with the godsent thing about his excellency there is noone like that and what does being godsent have to do with ruling over a country for 30+ years.we need fresher ideas, policies not to follow blindly behind a self given dynastic style leadership just because we were made to believe that his excellency is the only suitable.why are we suffering just because we are ashamed of telling the president to clear the path for others.the g40 players have been accumulating power and wealth too long they dont want to stomach change at the expense of the suffering zimbabwean.poverty is another life threatening phenomenon i personally consider the subjection of zimbos to poverty, abuse a form of mass genocide …..how many people have died….cant acess health services, accidents due to poor roads, you name it….

When you do a complete state capture and forget that the party is seperate from the state. Gire you can be endorsed by 20 provinces but that is just your arse-licking goons in each province. The rest of us just want to see your backside on your way to Malaysia or HongKong.

If the household had 37 years to fix a problem and they only make it worse every single day, only an airhead would believe that giving them 5 more years will change things for the better, how is this not common sense??
