“We are celebrating 10 years in the industry this year. Spillway Pub and Restaurant at Lake Chivero is likely to be a hive of activity on Sunday when Huggies Entertainment descends on the venue for a show that marks the beginning of the entertainers’ 10th anniversary celebrations.

The Huggies Entertainment team that is led by the inimitable trio of Kudzi “Mr Cool” Marudza, Wintess “Chuman” Matema and Ronald “D-Train” Chiwanza has announced that the gig will introduce them to their new home for Sunday outings. Former local radio DJ, Denis Wilson is also expected to grace the event.

It will be a fiesta of music and food as the restaurant has also promised to avail various new dishes at the event.

A spokesperson of the restaurant said they would have various platters on offer for their patrons.

“We will have many platters on offer. We will have dishes for everyone since we are anticipating patrons from all walks of life. They will dance, eat and drink as they welcome Huggies to the venue,” said the spokesperson.

Speaking on behalf of Huggies Entertainment, Chuman said the show would be a special one for their loyal followers as they begin celebrating 10 years in the industry.

“We are celebrating 10 years in the industry this year. There are many people who have followed Huggies Entertainment and we welcome them to celebrate with us. We love them and we want them to experience that same old environment that makes them feel at home”.

Spillway Pub and Restaurant last week hosted Suluman Chimbetu at an exciting show that saw various fans enjoying the family show.

Families had a good time at the event and Chimbetu said he was happy to return to the venue that reopened recently and promised to return for more shows.

The venue has been known for presenting good entertainment over many years and many events have been lined up at the joint this year.
