FOLLOWING the appointment of the Committee of Inquiry into the State and Administration of Football in Zimbabwe by the Sport and Recreation Commission, the committee has seriously and aggressively started engaging stakeholders to gather information on how football can be run in the country.

All stakeholders are invited as per schedule attached.

The Committee of Inquiry into the State and Administration of Football in Zimbabwe will be conducting Public Hearings for the period 6-11 July 2015 at Strategic Centres.

The inquiry shall be held through a combination of public and closed hearings, and written submissions. The combination of the three mediums is to reach out to as many people and stakeholders in as little time as possible.

1. Public Hearings

The Public Hearings will be held at the following dates and Centres.

1.1 7 July 2015 — Harare Queen Elizabeth School (QE) Hall at 09.00 hrs

1.2 11 July 2015 — Bulawayo Polytechnic — School of Hotel and

Catering Hall at 09.00 hrs

In both cases interested and concerned stakeholders are invited including media personnel and all ZIFA structures from Area Zones to Premier League Club Executives.

After the public hearings on the same day, closed hearings would be done with identified individuals and stakeholders.

2. Written Submissions

All stakeholders in centres outside Harare and Bulawayo are invited to put their contributions in writing.

These written submissions should be sealed, addressed to the Director General and deposited in the nearest Sports and Recreation Commission Offices throughout the country.
