TAKESURE Chinyama might make his return to the Premiership this Sunday when Dynamos travel to the Colliery to face his former team, Hwange, in a league match but the forward will have to pray that his International Transfer Certificate is processed in time.

The Premiership transfer window is set to open today and the bustling forward could be the first player to make a move as he is eyeing a return to the Glamour Boys.

Dynamos team manager Richard Chihoro yesterday said they have done all the paperwork and were now waiting for the ITC. Chinyama has been training with the Harare giants for some time and is tipped to help sharpen the Glamour Boys strike-force, which has struggled to get goals in the first half of the season.

“We have submitted all the documents for his registration to the Premier Soccer League and now we are waiting for his ITC.

“ZIFA have given us assurances and if everything goes well he might play in the next game,” said Chihoro.

Chihoro said some tough decisions will be made in the coming days to de-register some players and create space for the likes of Chinyama since they did not have slots.

Chinyama joined DeMbare in 2012 on his return from Poland.

But he only played for only six months and enjoyed success so much during the short period and was snapped up by South Africa giants Orlando Pirates.

He also played for Platinum Stars before deciding to come back home.

Defender Victor Kamhuka is also eyeing a place in the squad while efforts are still being made to get the signature of Richard Kawondera from Triangle.

DeMbare also welcomed their former captain Guthrie Zhokinyi at their training ground yesterday.

Zhokinyi is seeking a new lease of life after he was frozen out of the game for three years due to the Asiagate ban.

“He asked to train with the team and the coaches agreed. So if they are happy with his performance it’s up to them to sign him,” said Chihoro.

DeMbare could also get prodigal son Rodreck Mutuma who described the Glamour Boys as his home on Monday night. His priority is to join DRC giants AS Vita but should that fail he said he could move back to DeMbare.
