◆ Market segmentation that has seen the establishment of a specialised Corporate Sales Team and Technical Corporate Service Support Unit (TCSSU) catering for enterprise customers above the regular Customer 24-Hr Call Centre.

◆ The wide expansion of Broadband services through the TelOne ADSL and FTTH footprint. To date TelOne has through its fibre service (Fibre to the Home) connected over 15 000 homes in Heights, Madokero, Westgate Area D, Goodhope, Dawnview Estates, Manna Imba (Madokero), Mainway Meadows, Prospect Park, Zimre Park, Mimosa Park in Zvishavane, Turf Village in Ngezi, Knowe in Norton, Kariba, Gweru (Woodlands Park, Ascot and Southview) as well as Fibre to the flats in the Harare Avenues area.

TelOne targets to connect 25 000 homes by end of 2016. This is over and above the almost 80 000 ADSL and Vsat customers who have continued to drive the revenues for the business.

◆ Introduction of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)services prefi­xed with 08688and offering Virtual Private Networks (VPN) to enterprise customers.

◆ Establishing 200 Public Wi-Fi hotspots providing service to customers on the go with hotspots in most cities and towns, university campuses and high traffic areas such as markets and bus termini.

◆ Improving customer convenience through e-commerce with the introduction of a new online payment platform TelPay and a TelOne Integrated Online Merchant with various retailers such as Bon Marche, OK, TM/PicknPay to resell TelOne products and services.

◆ Enhancing customer convenience through the establishment of Mobile Offi­ces and alternative payment platforms through partnering banks such as Agribank, CABS, CBZ, FBC, POSB, Stanbic, Stanchartand ZB.

◆ Our continued recognition of the customer rewards and promotions where we offer customers Free Handsets and Modems plus the Free Unlimited Calling during specific periods.
