Sungura will meet Afro-jazz tonight at the Book Cafe as the award winning duo, Afrika Revenge and dendera king Suluman Chimbetu will share the stage for the first time after almost a decade.
In an interview with The Herald Entertainment, the musicians said they are looking forward to an exciting show.
Sulu said demand from fans made them to come up with the show.

“We are expecting to have a great show tomorrow (tonight) with Afrika Revenge and our fans who requested the show should expect surprises as we are going to introduce a new act.

“It will be awesome to perform together because we last had a joint show more than eight years ago,” said Suluman.
The show comes at a time when Willis “Afrika” Wataffi and Mehluli “Taz” Moyo recently reunited after eight years of separation for the sake of their fans.

Speaking on behalf of the group, Wataffi encouraged their fans to come in their numbers and enjoy the show.
“We just want to encourage our fans to come and have unforgettable fun. We have a lot in store for you as we make you go down the memory lane,” he said.

The duo had their first performance recently at the Book Cafe where there was overwhelming turnout.
They launched two singles “Amehloake” and “Chipikiri” off their upcoming album “Nothing’s in Vain” which is set for release early next year.

The duo rose to fame with their popular hits “Wanga”, “Hello” and “Buwe Buwe”.
